A TRAINING

The current consultants are former trainees who have completed their internships with Danem People in France or the UK.

 

INTÉGRATION ET FORMATION

 

From the very first day, each consultant meets the managers who will accompany him/her throughout his/her career at Danem People. After the integration period and throughout their career at Danem People, the consultant will develop their skills through an individualised annual training plan. Every day during your assignments, you will benefit from the transfer of experience provided by a senior management team. As a manager, you will benefit from a dedicated induction programme and frequent interaction with senior managers in order to involve you in the future development of Danem People and to promote your professional and personal development.

1) You can submit your application (CV and covering letter) via our form. You will receive a reply within 7 days of sending your application. You can also send it to us in paper format to the head office address of Danem People Switzerland SNC, Geneva.


2) If your application is accepted, you will then be invited to a series of interviews by telephone, video-conference and then at our offices in Lyon or Paris with the managers. There are 2 interviews for trainee recruitment and 4 interviews for permanent recruitment. The purpose of these interviews is to help us get to know each other better and to decide whether we want to work together in the long term. Each interview consists of an exchange on your academic background, your career path and your motivations. It is always followed by a case study with practical exercises. These are based on real-life mission situations, and allow us to assess your analytical skills when faced with a new subject.


3) You will receive a final answer within 7 days after all interviews with Danem People. Whether our response is positive or negative, it will be justified by a detailed feedback in electronic format concerning our decision.
